Resources for Starting a Wellness Program

Just reading this paragraph shows that you intend to start making changes in your life, or the lives of others, to achieve  a healthy living style.  However, intent, without the proper knowledge and tools, most often fails to achieve optimal results. 

This toolkit contains the knowledge and tools that you need to either follow a program yourself, or sponsor a wellness program in your organization.  We have designed the toolkit to provide everything you need for a program that is appropriate for almost any organization, including workplaces, schools, local government, and faith-based organizations.
